- Got this knocked out in the morning on a travel day. Logging on phone, so sparse details.
- Wasted too much energy on the clean. Strength is there for the press.
- Keg was a good effort. Mixing up where the reps start.
- Weighed 82.5kg. High for a Friday, but leanness persists.
