Notes:

  • Got this knocked out in the morning on a travel day. Logging on phone, so sparse details.

  • Wasted too much energy on the clean. Strength is there for the press.

  • Keg was a good effort. Mixing up where the reps start.

  • Weighed 82.5kg. High for a Friday, but leanness persists.
