News: Was sparring with a frosh (he felt like "calling me out").  Match consisted of me chasing him as he tried some hit and runs.  Injured my shoulder during the match.  Will be taking a few days off of lifting as a result.

  1. Wow, it's been some time since I've posted on Xanga, guess I've scheduled myself enough stuff so that i don't feel the need to log on. *shrug* Sounds like the guy was intimidated by you in the ring, as he should be . Definitely go easy on your shoulder, don't want the same thing happening to your shoulder as what happened to your ankle over the summer.

  3. I thank you for your well wishes.  Indeed, I agree that any emotion, hatred included, can be liberating if it is not denied in leiu of artificial principles, so long as the principles are indeed artificial.
And believe me brother, twere not for the fact that she who shall not be named were attending Jon's festivities, I would of course invite you to participate.
I am well aware of the physical destruction you are capable of should you desire to inflict it, but in all honesty, I am more concerned over your emotional distraught than I am over her physical injury should you two ever come into contact.
I may have enough lack of passion to "love" my enemy, but family, in my opinion, holds much higher regards.  Faced with the option of aiding you in harming her or forcing you to suffer as a result of her, I would dawn the nearest blunt instrument and do what little I could.
Still though, I would rather such an incident never come to pass.

  4. still working out huh? I'm trying to move up in weight by February, moving from 184 to 204, kinda hard but it's working

  5. We vary in that you wish for that incident to never come to pass, but as it stands, thank you bro.K9, how tall are you? I hate you already for being able to get that heavy =P

  6. Overweight?
Dude, if you're overweight then I'm "obese" :)
Although I figure this is the Air Force's ruling...

  7. They don't have an "obese" standard, just what is overweight for a certain height requirement.
But yes, considering you're the same weight as me, and quite a few inches shorter, you'd have to be tapped as well.

  8. tapped?
That doesn't sound too good... I'm out :(
Well, I was just saying that by the fact that my stomach is bigger, they'd label me at a higher bodyfat precentage (17%, 20%? no idea), although I think its flattening up a little bit since I took up boxing. w00t

  9. It would be from your waist and your neck size.  So yeah, if you got a fat gut, they're gonna mark ya for it.  20% is the max.

  10. What if you're Ronnie Coleman?

  11. Ah. How exactly is that calculated anyway? Is it a difference between neck and waist? What if you got a fat neck and a skinny stomach?

  12. What about Ronnie Coleman?  His neck is proprotionally large given his stomach.  It would register as a low bodyfat%
And it's pretty difficult to have a fat neck and a skinny stomach, considering fat is stored first in the stomach, and then elsewhere.
