Training update: I am taking a little time off of muscular/martial arts training due to my injured shoulder. In it's place, I will be focusing more on my cardiovascular fitness.
I may have gone on an involuntary cutting period. We shall see.
By cutting program, I mean cutting bodyfat (ala high cardio/low food intake). Involuntary because it's a result of an injury rather than a conscious decision. Injured my shoulder in that boxing match I posted about earlier.
i never see you around anymore, chief.
ReplyDeleteI stopped signing on AIM. Found out I'm much more productive without it.
ReplyDeleteHow did you injure that shoulder?
ReplyDeleteI am not familiar with an involuntary cutting period, but it doesn't sound particularly pleasant. I hope the stress in your shoulder eases soon.

ReplyDeleteThere's no real "how" to it. I just threw a right cross and it slipped out of the socket.
ReplyDeleteGet well soon Oso.
