  2. Hey, I just noticed. You might have said this before but I never saw it. Is the guy on the left your friend who sparred you with bokkens?
Your improvements are highly impressive, your arms grew a ton. Especially your tris, look at that!

  5. holy fuck dude you were so much smaller! Did you bulk intentionally or was it the lack of adaptation to a slowing in metabolism?

  6. At 17, I was still on the wrestling team, so I was at a malnourished 160lbs. I put on 10lbs as soon as the season ended. From there, I just gradually increased my foot, and went through periods of lack of cardio due to school work (unintentional bulk) and excess cardio due to free time (unintentional cut). It wasn't until recently that I went on an intentional bulk and cut.

  7. Wow!  Looking at where you started and where you are now is really phenomenal.  It is hard to believe that is you at 17 in the first pic.  Your hard work and dedication are evident.  I am so proud of you!!!  Keep up the good work.  Can't wait to see more great things from you.  You're amazing!!!  ~aloha~

  8. I've been watching your development for the last few years, and it always still amazes me how much you've changed. It takes a huge amount of dedication to change ones body to that degree and i have to admit, its very impressive. You might consider throwing in some even older pics like 5 or 6 years old like pre arm injury pictures which probably started it all for you if you really want to see some extreme contrasts. Yeah, thats me, not one of my betters pictures, ehh, oh well. On a side note i'm in quite a bit better shape now then i was back in that picture  (though i could hardly try to compare my change to yours )
