That's rough. Hopefully you'll get over it by starting out slower. You used to write about your cardio all the time, is this just a recent problem?
ReplyDeleteIt's only a problem when I sprint. I can jog forever, and bike is no sweat, but sprinting has always hurt.
ReplyDeleteHave you tried cartiledge or osteo-biflex or something like that? It might help.
