Training Log: Entry 95

Tried some sprinting HIIT.  Left knee is still bugging me. 
Really wish I could rehab it.  I'm just gonna try a gradual
approach.

  1. That's rough. Hopefully you'll get over it by starting out slower. You used to write about your cardio all the time, is this just a recent problem?

  2. It's only a problem when I sprint. I can jog forever, and bike is no sweat, but sprinting has always hurt.

  3. Have you tried cartiledge or osteo-biflex or something like that? It might help.

  5. My sister has knee problems from soccer and she was taking some kinda of drink supplement to help build, umm. Shit, I dunno, she was taking some disgusting drink to help, if you want i can find out what it was, it's probably still in my damn refridgerator.
