Traning Log: Entry 145

Someone posted a new routine online that looks pretty fun

Pull Day
Pull Ups 5xfailure
Pulldowns 3x10
Dumbbell Rows 4x8
Upright Rows 4x8
Hammer Curls 4x8
Cleans 3x5


Push Day
Bench 10,8,6,4,3x3
Incline Bench 4x5
Military Press 4x8
Pushdowns 3x10
Dips 3xfailure


Leg Day
Squats 10,8,6,4,3x3
Lunges 4x10 each leg
Leg Curls 3x10
Leg Extensions 3x10
Calf Raises 3x10
Squat Jumps 1xfailure

Gonna modify it a little bit, but it looks like a pretty grovy change from what I've been doing.

  1. Dam u a big guy(in a good way) u got some pretty nice mixed styles. Im a Wrestler and Karate iz my hybird. Very goood work out 2 many people r stupied enough 2 work out weigh 2 mcuh

  2. I'd ditch the leg curls for glute ham raises or romanian deadlifts.
