Training Log: Entry 154
Currently at 190-191lbs. Stronger than ever. Here are pics.
Went to another kickboxing class. The instructor didn't show, so I lead.
Warm-up 2 minutes of Jumprope
Jab-cross-jab-cross-hook-hook-uppercut-uppercut-elbow-elbow-knee-front-side-round-front-side-round
Double kick drills with both sides
Skip rope
Shadowboxing with weight
Pyramid roundhouses up to 10
Burn outs
Kick the bags across the room
Abs
Not bad, your hard works paying off more and more. Glad things are working out. Last pick is definitely the best. I'm sure people don't object when you lead in Kick-boxing, you give them a good goal to work towards.
ReplyDeleteHeh I like the middle one, very bodybuilder-ish. You're not as heavy as before but for some reason this is the hugest I've ever seen you look. Inspiring work, keep it up.

ReplyDeleteYou are looking really good. I know that you've lost some additional weight, but you look really trim and defined. I'm very proud of all your hard work to get here. Thanks for taking over the kickboxing class; you did a good job at it, and I think I am getting a better workout from you anyways. There is a lot of progress since the last pics, and the background is much better with out my room mates ice skating pics. Keep up all your hard work! I am proud of you!!! I love you...~aloha~
ReplyDeleteyeah man you're looking much better than the last pics i saw of you. I'm really getting into the whole working out and getting big thing. The only cardio i do now adays is rowing (crew). I did five sets of power cleans yesterday, and my shoulders/back are killing me.
