Training log: Entry 68


Back to training full force.  Have gained back 6lbs.  Cardio is still good.

  2. About 5lbs was water, and I've been carb loading out of my mind for the past week or so.
    I can still see a full six pack.  I have UGLY abs.  They're all unaligned and shit.  I don't think I'll cut again =P

  3. Mine are lopsided too. I think a lot of peoples are, though. You just don`t go around staring at guys abs so much that you notice.

It is glad to see you back to your old self again.  Glad that you are almost back to your original weight.  I know how much this upcoming tourney means to you and I wish you the best of luck (although I know you don't need luck, you are awesome).  I am glad that you are back to your training and know you will do great in a week.  I am so proud of you.  Keep up the awesome work.  ~aloha~
