Training Log: Entry 78


Shoulder still hurts, but I managed to lift still.  I figure light lifting is good rehab.


Official weight gained
Week 1: 182lbs in PTs
Week 2: 184lbs in PTs


Need to eat more.  Need to make eating a chore.

  1. Eat like i do. Until you want to vomit, then keep eating.Then eat like 2 hours later.I still lost a few pounds, but at least i`m in the 140 range.I think i have that curse from THINNER, but a less intense one.

  3. Man, sometimes i feel guilty because people are starving and i`m a glutton.But then i think about how homeless people probably throw canadian money away. And i find that hilarious.
