Training Log: Entry 84


Took a Physical Fitness Test with ROTC.  Scored a 90.75 out of 100.
Waist: 32.5
Push ups in 1 min: 83 (23 over max)
Sit ups in 1 min: 62 (12 over max)
1.5 mile run: 11:06

Need to work on run.  Waist won't be an issue after cutting.


Wrench my back during the PFT.  Will be off of lifting today.  Hurts to move.

    No clue.  It mighta been the final sprint I did at the run.  This is the second time I've hurt my upper back at the PFT.

  4. Glad to hear that you did well on the PFT.  Sorry to hear that you hurt your back.  I know how those injuries go.  What you were able to accomplish after a month of bulking is pretty amazing.  Keep up all your hard work!!!  I am proud of yah.   ~aloha~
