Training Log: Entry 28


Update: The tournament was point sparring.  Needless to say, I will not be attending.


Lifting is getting well, but still going light.  Weight is not going away.  Curious if it'll stay as muscle.

  2. Also, I'm not sure, but I'm still staying the same weight. I do wonder if it isn't just me losing fat and packing on the same amount of muscle.
    I know my arms are getting bigger. Makes me wanna show them off. Now when my stomach gets flat I may end up ripping my shirt off!

  3. It's only been a few days since you started training, and odds are you're eating/drinking more to compensate for the severity of the training, thus expalining the lack of change.
    Give it a few weeks and then you should see improvement.

  4. Yeah, i figured this would be no overnight thing. But I have noticed my arms are a little bigger.

  7. Heh. I'm a guy who did that crap for a good 4 years or so. Its fun, when its all you know about.
    I won't lie, I enjoyed it, but I would never see myself going back. I could watch it though, just to laugh.
