Injury: major ankle sprain from running.  Currently employing RICE
(Rest Ice Compression Elevation).  Hopefully will not set training
back to far.  Keeping my fingers crossed that I didn't injure my
stress fracture from last year.

  3. I'm more of a wrestler who sucks so bad at subs he's forced to standup and exchange and sprawl on the takedown rather than go to the ground, yet I still keep sucked into playing the ground game...So yeah.
