Training Log: Entry 104
Caught a 24 hour flu. No report on the weight damage yet,
although the 3 weeks off of cardio as a combination of ankle sprain and
my time in China may make it balance out. Stopped creatine, will
restart loading phase tomorrow. Obviously, no training
accomplished.
Get well quick. I'm interested in how much you improve from creatine
