Training Log: Entry 103

Have introduced the supplement "Creatine Monohydrate" into my
routine.  I believe I have transgressed as far as I can naturally
without sacraficing on the productions possibilites curve as a
"natural" lifter (in reality, I coulda used this a year ago, but we'll
see).  I will update any significant changes.  First thing is
that my water intake will once again be through the roof.

  1. Well, I wish you luck with your creatine.  I hope that you get the results that you want with it.  It will be interesting to see if it makes a difference and how much.  Keep hydrated.  ~aloha~
