Highlight video of me sparring.

Witnessed benefits of training.  Had to get cement today. 
Was able to move 90lb bags as though they were nothing.  Felt like
I could carry them all day.  Combination of both powerlifting and
endurance training.

Ran bleachers for 7.5 minutes.  Killed me.  Almost puked.  Great workout, need to do it more.

Push-ups workout was best in a long time

Set 1: 100
Set 2: 75
Set 3: 50
Set 4: 25
Set 5: 25

Possible creatine effects.

  2. Wow, your push-ups are incredible. your first set is like my fourth, maybe 3rd, but only on a good day. Glad your becoming a beast of burden too . j/k. Keep it up.

  3. I started working out again. same old splits you used to have, except i run everyday and take the legs day off (actually I go to the gym every other day alternating between chest/tris and back/bis/shoulders).

  4. Why would you take the legs off? They're the most important lifts for a fighter, if not in general.

    How bigs the HL? Meh, I guess I can waste some of my precious, valuable time to take a peek at this rubish you call sparring. My Ki training needs a break anyways if I'm ever going to reach SSJ3

  8. Lets see, just watched the HL. Some good stuff in there. Can't say I particularly enjoyed the music (just not my thing) but some good footy none the less. I liked some of the nice takedowns you got in there. As well, as all the kick catches (we're they all on push kicks?). Good stuff, you got a lot of material. I've been wanting to make a HL but I lack footage, as most of the boxing days and stuff that I film, I actually do the filming, because if I don't nobody will.

  9. Aw, not a NIN fan? They rock.Some were push-kicks (thus why I'm not a fan), some were roundhouse/roundkicks, and an occasional sidekick or two.
