Regained weight from flu through dirty bulking
Retooled bag training. Will be working kicks more. Found out I can still roundhouse head height.
Creatine not really showing up during lifting, but effects definitely present during cardio.
Bought new 16oz gloves. Should help sparring to provide for two people.
sounds like your trainings back on track. glad your able to take advantage of your job and get those gloves, maybe you'll even be able to convince me to do some light sparring.
ReplyDeleteI'm really happy that you gained your weight back from the flu. Sounds like things are going back to normal after the China trip and being sick. Glad to hear that the creatine is helping out with the cardio and that you could feel some results during the run. Good luck with the sparring. ReplyDeleteThe flu loss was/is water - it's no big. I'm trying to find some people to squish, but my group of friends are all, "eww, work"
ReplyDeleteSome of it was water, but I also lost a bit of muscle due to malnutrition. Couldn't eat for 2 days, and then had a reduced calorie diet after that.
ReplyDeleteGained 10 lbs? I'm jealous of how you can do that in such a short time. By the way, the school I was thinking of a while back is the one I'm going to this week to check out. We should definitely meet up for sparring after I learn if I've been training right by myself or not.
