Training Log: Entry 207


Purchased a knee brace/support at Fred Meyers.  Gonna wear it off and on for the week to aid in the healing process, and I'll wear it on my next leg day just to make sure nothing goes too wrong.  Nice resource to have.


Looking forward to summer training already.

  1. with the amount of injury you deal to yourself, its probably a good idea, anything that'll help you heal better or faster is well worth its cost. heh, you have like 3 weeks left and I haven't even started my third quarter, its funny

  2. 5 weeks, but still.
    Yeah, I learned early in life to baby my injuries.  This is actually the longest streak I've gone on without an actual injury though...I'm technically still not "injured" so that's a good thing.

  3. Hope the knee gets better. Yeah, that's what I did with my shoulder (not the brace obviously, but I mean babying it) and it worked.

  4. You can squat twice your bodyweight? That is nice. I can only squat 88.5% of my bodyweight.I hope your knee feels better.
