Training Log: Entry 890

Weighed in at 195 this morning.  Met my goal.

PFT today
Waist: 33.5-20 points
1 minute push-ups: 67-10 points
1 minute of sit-ups: 57-9.5 points
1.5 mile run: 12:25-49.2 points

Total score: 88.7

Notes: 10 seconds shy of a 90.  Run fell apart, next time I need to train the run in a fatigued state and on a track.  Still a good showing.
