Notes: One of my easiest PRs in a long time.  Hard to see depth, as I was lifting at night rather than in the afternoon, but given the -30 degree temps, I'll take what I can get.  The 2 on the last set was technical issues.  Had my feet too narrow on the first rep and did an all quad squat, then widened a little too much on the second rep and really had to struggle to get it.  If I had properly set-up, I woulda nailed it.  Not something I'll cry myself to sleep over. Also, went down another notch on my lifting belt, which is terrifying, especially paired with the fact that I had a visible 6 pack after lifting.  My 10 day break should help fix that, haha.
