Training Log: Entry 1598

Notes: Rest of the workout sort of fell apart.  Training 3 days in a row post comp isn't smart.  That said, I need to redo my assistance work in general.  I know I should work in some push pressing, but I don't find that this makes me stronger, just better at push pressing.
