Notes: Bar weight is light, but bands are no joke.  Really liking this movement, but I'm going to have to keep an eye on my elbows and most likely do some regular deloading.

Meadows rows 80lbs

Notes: Really focusing on hitting the middle of my back rather than the outside lats.  Seems to be working.
