Commando Chin-ups: Right over left

Went for long jog. Heat killed me. Thankfully South Dakota will be better.
Looks like the creatine (maybe some of the psychological aspects are doing something too) are helping you out. I understand what you mean by heat, it's hot in hawaii too, but a lil more humid. I hate to break it to you but South Dakota can be pretty hott expecially in August. It's a dry heat, but still can be killerz. Keep up all the hard work, I'm so proud of you!!!
