Training Log: Entry 229


Most work on deadlift form.  Standard weights suck so hard.  Lean too far forward, and lift with back instead of legs.

  1. Make sure that your head is held high, which will straighten out your upperbody. Yeah, weird thing with deadlifts is that I can either do a lot of reps, or one rep. I've never found my 3-4 rep max.
