Training Log: Entry 819

RE lower deadlift

Notes: During the deadlift, I felt the bone of my knee rubbing against my cartilage.  It's caused some pain, so I just did a squat walkout and hung it up.

My waist is getting way too skinny, I'm down another notch on my weight belt.  I need to eat more, but I got a PFT coming up.

  1. Ack, the imagery of bone rubbing against cartilege feels like nails on a chaulkboard. Hopefully that pain doesn't last, best wishes to you.

  2. Yea, I'm using a bunch of different supplements that should hopefully do something.Amazing to see you figure up the old Xanga again, haha.
