Noticing any improvements in shoulder health from the swings?
ReplyDeleteNot in particular, but my shoulders have felt healthy for a while now. I'm really just using it to help with my hip pop on deads. Form is most likely not spot on, but with the major emphasis on hip drive, it's paying off.
