Notes: Finally cleared the plat.  Got a spotter to help with the lift off so that I didn't have to rack lockout the weight first.  I ate really crappy yesterday though, and it effected my performance.  Too much sugar, I was all jittery shakey and nervous.  Almost threw up.  A max is a max though.

Notes: Was really dying here.  Form was pretty crappy.

Notes: Moved up too much weight.  Might've pulled off some more reps, but too much pulling with hands, not enough with elbows.
