Training Log: Entry 219
Ran myself through a cardio circuit today. 1 round jumprope, 1 round boxing on a wavemaster (hate 'em, but it was the only thing there, and at least it doesn't move), 1 round jumprope, 1 round shadow, 1 round jumprope, 1 round kicks, 1 round jumprope, 1 round knees and elbows.
Note: Rounds weren't done by round timer, but instead by song on CD, so each round was over 3 minutes. I was dying at the end from a stomach cramp. Good to be back.
Sounds a hell of a lot better than slaving over a fuckin' treadmill. :(
ReplyDeletei like how creative your are sometimes, don't know if its just you or something you looked up online or whatnot. Doing exercise to music, eating smarties to supplement your exercises, etc. Kepp up the good work
ReplyDeleteMuch thanks Mike. I've done the rounds by song before in my garage because I don't have a decent watch/clock in there. I like it because the music is a good motivator. It's really great with a new CD too, because you never know when the song will end =P
