Notes: Right shoulder still a little sore as I warm up, but seems to figure itself out toward the work sets. Strength is coming back well, especially at such a light bodyweight. Up at much higher elevations (Denveresque), so recovery sucks.

ReplyDeleteI posted my training plan, but it's not BBB. I am using the model for my squats, bench and press, but deadlift training is my own creation, stealing from my ROM progression/high rep training protocol. My goal isn't being jacked, as I will not be consuming Wendler's advocated gallon of milk, I am just trying to increase my bench and squat. What I have been doing for those movements has not been successful, so I am turning the keys over to Wendler on the programming and getting out of my comfort zone.
