Training Log: Entry 1721

Touch and go bench

Notes: Hit the chain and lost the bar path.  Going to try a new approach here.  Similar to ROM progression, but with reverse bands.  Going to use a full ROM each week, but lower the pin to get less from the bands.

  1. I know you're not much for sticking points but are going to do something like BBB for supinated pressing so you stay strong off the chest or anything?

    Yes, I needlessly said "supinated" to sound like a douchebag, I've been reading T-Nation again.

    1. Going to stick with my current approach for accessory work. I think the rest pause set I do of horizontal pressing on my overhead day should help cover any weaknesses, but ultimately I think it's just an issue with getting heavy weight in my hands.
