Notes: Got an annoying cold. Impacted my ability to hold my breath. Ended up breaking off the floor 4 times to get this, which is still pretty cool in and of itself. Broke a ton of blood vessels in my upperback and chest.

Notes: Sets of 255 done with straps. Focus is more on moving my feet quickly. Comp weight is 240, so it'll be good to get used to this. Sets of 195 without straps, really focusing on getting the feet moving.
