Notes: Week 15 of the program. Ran into some mechanical issues on set 1 and 3, specifically hitting the j-hooks on the second rep of each set. Had to re-rack before the final rep. Consequence of training at home w/no lift off. Second set was beautiful though, really dialed in the set-up. The tighter I get, the lighter the weight. Probably the biggest thing this program did for me was get me more focused on set-up.

General notes: Had to cut this workout a little short due to minor family crisis in the morning. Generally like to get more back work in, but with the comp looming, I'm willing to cut it out.
