Training Log: Entry 2442

Weighted vest walk on treadmill (45lb vest)
Speed: 3.5
Incline: Start at 1.0, then increase by .5 every 5 minutes

30 minutes total

Notes: Glute is still pretty pissed, so kept it low intensity and gave this a try.  Effective enough.

No weigh in this morning.
