0710: Wake up. 7 hours of sleep
0730: Half plate of eggs, 4 sausage links and a glass of 2% milk
1225: 3 cheeseburgers no bun, spinach salad, 2 apples and a glass of diet coke
1430: 3 mile walk
1550-1645: Weight Lifting: Chest/shoulders/triceps split
1700: 1.5 pieces of pork roast, spinach salad, two apples, scoops of penaut butter, surgar free apple pie
1750: Protein bar
1900: 150 push-ups
2000: 2 slices of pizza
2350: Protein shake with milk
2400: Sleep
Total water consumed: 1.5+ gallons
monday:chest shoulders tricepwednesday:bicep, back, lats.Friday:legs, powercleans.i wish i could work in some sparring or something, but im afraid id overtrain. is ur gym exclusivley kickboxing, or does it have boxing and bjj.
ReplyDeleteMy gym has boxing, Jun Fat JKD, Muay Thai, Escrima, and "grappling" which is BJJ and some other stuff.I train the boxing and MT, and I'm looking into the grappling.
