Training Log: Entry 19

0710: Wake up.  7.5 hours of sleep

0740: Half plate of eggs, 1 sausage

1225: Half plate of ground beef, 1 apple, spinach salad

1400:  3 strips of beef jerky.

1430-1540: Weight Lifting: Back/Traps/Biceps

1615:  Protein shake, protein bar, strip of beef jerky

1730: Chicken strips

1900: Low carb bar

2100: Beef jerky and low carb bar
