Another boxing class.  Gym was packed.  I hate new years.

Warm-up
Grab weights, go for small run, shuffle step, high knees
1-2-3
1-2-4-2
1-2-3-2
1-2-3-2-slip-slip-3-2
1-2-4-2-slip-slip-3-2
Partner up with gloves
1-2-3-2
Get on bag with partner
One partner throws 1-2-3-2, one throws 1-2-4-2, switch
Off bags w/partner
1-2-3-2-slip-slip-4-2
1-2-4-2-slip-slip-3-2
Grab medicine ball, hold in one hand, partner calls 1-2-3 and number of reps.  Perform for one minutes.  Switch hands, same drill.
Ab work

Notes: Partner was awful.  Liked to punch himself out in the first 10 seconds of the drill.  Drooled all over the medicine ball during his turn.  No feedback on punching drills.  Awful cardio.  Must avoid him in future.

  1. Yeah, new years can be frustrating with everyone making their new years resolutions to lose weight.  Sounds like your partner was frustrating, but it seems like it was a good work out for you.  I hope you enjoy your last week at this school.  I'm really glad you found it.  You are looking so good babe!!!  Keep up all the hard work!!! I'm so very proud of you!!! I love you!!! ~aloha~

  2. i've decided to just make my new years resolution to gain weight and break that resolution instead by losing it. Still have to figure out how to get the reverse psychology to work though. Anyways, i know you don't like the people who aren't going to stick with the gym training, but at least you can do them a favor and help them break their resolutions sooner then later .
