40 fast punches, sprint to bag and freestyle at 100%. 3 sets.

4-2-3
1 round at 100%
ab work
Notes: Was dizzy for a while. Cardio is incredible. Not getting much of a workout anymore. Kinda sad how that works. Hands are staying up better.
sounds like you have to take your workout to a new level, up the difficulty a bit. Good to hear your growing stronger everyday, and achieving your goals. One day, if i ever become wealthy and run out of stuff to spend money on, i'm going to hire you as a bodyguard or a hitman or something . btw, i still have to find a way to make you watch the rest of berserk sometime.
