Note: Cardio is definitely peaked.  Will kick ass at the throwdown at least.  Was doing some bow and arrow with my jab when I was tired.  Must keep aware of that.

After 30 days of hard training, I regret not spending much time on Muay Thai or grappling, but I needed focus on my hands and footwork.  Hopefully my striking will be better as a result.

Will write an evaluation of club later maybe.

  1. Bow and arrow?
    What's that?

  2. It means when you pull your right hand back when you throw a jab and turn your body to the side, as though your left hand is holding a bow and your right hand is pulling the string.  It's bad because it leaves you in a position to not follow the jab with your power hand.

  3. huh, bow and arrow, sounds like what i do in fencing but to an even greater extent. Will probably carry over into any other martial arts i take up unfortunately. glad to hear your in top shape and i'm sure you'll dominate at your throwdown. Sounds like your spent your winter break well.
