Went to a MT class. Instructor didn't show up. Did boxing. Pretty much like entry 160

10 jumping jacks, sprint to heavy bag, 40 straights, 20 hooks, 20 uppercuts (repeat 3 times)
50 straights on kickpad, sprint to bag 40 uppercuts (repeat 3 times)
Partner-up, 1-2 slip a 1-2
Ab/weight work"
With some sprints thrown in. I was the fastest sprinter in my class. I lapped everyone.
After class, my coach came up to me and said "You're an animal! I
see you here all the time!" He asked me about what classes I was
attending, and how I liked them. Seems I'm making an impression.
My body is changing. Much more definition. Haven't lost too much size.
It sounds like things are going really well for you and your training. I'm really proud of your sprints; that is awesome!!! I'm glad that your coach is impressed, but I'm not really surprised. You are really dedicated and work very hard. Keep up all the hard work!!! I'd like to see some pics of your progress. Take care of yourself. I am so proud of you babe!!! I love you! ~aloha~
