Training Log: Entry 261
New bodybuilderish routine is kicking my butt. My body is really responding.
3 sets of 8-13 per bodypart. Using same muscle group supersets, burnouts, and cheat reps. 2 Barbell exercises and then finish it off with DB for stablizers.
Glad you're experiencing what I did by switching over for a bit.
ReplyDeleteIt only takes like 30 minutes. 3 bodyparts per work, 3 exercises per bodypart=9 exercises total. 1 minute rest between sets, and I'm done nice and quick.
ReplyDeleteOh, I thought you meant per bodypart like, every part all in one day...whatever, brain-fart lol.That's interesting that you finish so quickly, cause I can do like 7 exercises and it'll take me an hour. Maybe I'm just slow.

Well, even when I was powerlifting it took me an hour. But now I'm doing 10 reps and 4 sets.<_< And it's taking me the same time.
ReplyDeleteWhen I'm powerlifting, it takes me around 40 minutes.
ReplyDeleteYou're doing more sets than me. That could contribute to it.
