Overhead presses of 145

Note: Same as above. Felt really strong on these. Might have been able to pull 5X5 but still concerned over my shoulder.
Dips f 75lbs

Note: Nice and easy. Up we go.
CoC gripper 1
5X5 with 5 second hold on last rep of every set.
Note: Getting easier and easier. Can't wait to do this with a 2.
