Speed box squats of 195

Notes: Getting better speed off the bottom of the box, but still my major lacking point here. Need to drill the hell out of this.

Notes: Much better quad strength, needed much less assistance. Keep this up.

Make sure you make a note of whether the pistols seem to help your other lower body lifts once you're done. I've been thinking about incorporating those into my routine as well.
ReplyDeleteIt'll be hard to track if they are the thing that will help or hurt my lifts, but they are most definitely making my quads stronger. If my walkout gets stronger, I'll be sure to let you know.
