Tried to focus more on my leg drive, but still some lower back rounding. Maybe time for some pulls from a deficit to improve that. Was falling forward in the deadlift on the 540, don't know why. Maybe uneven flooring.

Weight is waving between 216 and 220. I count the 216 when factoring in strength ratio, and the 220 when I wanna feel bigger.
lol on the weight comment. Hard to tell on the 515, but the other two would pass all but the strictest in PL meets. I've seen some that allow "ramping" where you shove your knees in. regardless you got it up so i say it counts. When the call hitching is more so when a lifter can actually re-grip or rest the bar on the legs. as long as it keeps moving, or doesnt stop in terms of taking a break and not jsut hitting a wall, it should be good. nice work man.

ReplyDeletelol NP man. just a warning if you have never been.... they can be long and boring as hell. especially the bench session because often they will have a bench only comp as well as a full power one, so the bench takes 3 times as long as any other lift, and the bench only guys wear ape shits amount of gear, they dont touch and they all bomb. its stupid. but competing is fun tho.
