(7) Box Squat 495

Notes: These felt great, even with my upper back still a little torqued.  I gotta make sure I'm actually resisting the downward portion rather than letting the box stop me.

Reverse band squats 405
4x10

Notes: Still not locking out at the top, and as a result these are nuking my quads.  Took a lot out of me.

Squats 225
1x10

Notes: WM didn't happen after those reverse band squats, but these were still painfree.  Rehab is giong well.
