Notes: Neck/back made it out of this alive.  Definitely use the mouthguard in the future, seems to help a lot.

Notes: Going to go super high volume/low weight for a while on these and see what they do.  Should help out my elbows.

  2. Not with the 10x10, but when I did heavy rows they were from the floor.  With my current approach, I am maximixing time under tension and keeping the DB off the floor for the entire period.
