Notes: Incredibly pleased with this. Weight flew off the ground and second pick up went smooth. Cut out the third, seems to be the wisest move at this point.

Notes: Did this last week too and forgot to log it. Doing it to get my hip swing mechanic reinforced and make my right hip not feel so terrible.
