Axle bench press
DB rows 105
DB curls 35
Hammer curls 35
Notes: Took 75 minutes start to finish. The workout is still about 60 minutes, but clean up is taking forever. Too many plates. Left hamstring was tight for some reason. Happy with the effort though.
