Progress Update

After weeks of PT and a cleaner diet, decided to put up some progress pics.

  1. That is an awesome change. Even taking note of the difference in where the image crops, your legs look like they've been pumped full of air in comparison.You're not going to care much for this one, but your posing is better, too (i.e., shoulders are rolled back on the back double-bi).
