  1. You have your own kettlebells? I've never seen you train with them before.Thanks for the idea about the pool noodle. Aside from making my hardcore dumbbells strikingly pastel, they worked flawlessly.

  2. Just bought one recently, got a good deal on amazon.  Got it specifically for swings so I can help my DL pop.Glad the pool noodle worked.  It's amazing the low cost/low tech solutions possible, haha.
