Notes: The thoughts "you're all fucked now" went through my head after I completed this.  Not only was this more weight than last cycle, but more reps as well.  Very positive sign.

Notes: Worst back pump in my life.  Debilitating.  Think high carb diet may be culprit.  On that note, up to 204 this morning, 17lb gain since 1 Dec.
