Training Log: Entry 1482

Tabata floor to overhead 115

Notes: Definitely getting bit by the bumperplate bug.  This is just a blast.  Think I may invest in some cheap bumpers to keep this going once I get the home gym set up.

  1. Bumpers are so fun I refused to acknowledge a difference between them and iron plates and continued to do power cleans with the latter after my clean competition. Then they cracked.

    1. Realistically, I could do this with metal plates, as I'm going touch and go on the floor to speed up the training, but I can definitely see it going bad with heavier weight/more fatigue, haha. I figure I can get 1 set of 45lb bumpers and then use 35lb metal plates and beyond to add weight to it.
